Summer has reached us here in Pasadena, California and today is the annual Make Music Pasadena Festival- it’s a free music festival, with hundreds of amateur musicians performing in all sorts of interesting spaces while internationally known artists perform on two main stages. Hearing so many new sounds from such a wide array of musicians is my favorite summer treat. Click here to read about it.

Here in Brazil we are under a lot of clothes because we just got into winter time. The city where I live is very high and the temperature has reached 23 last week.
Great for a cheese fondue, a soup and a good and warm bed.
Our Valentine’s day was last month and in July begins a middle term school vacation, what is great because a lot of people take a break and come here to seize the cool air of the mountains.
I was planning a trip to the neighbour country, Argentina, but the news aren’t quite good about the flu. A lot of people are giving up or postponing their plans.
So… That’s all.
